Plot size 6m x 25m

This garden is long and rather narrow. The end of the garden is dominated by a large Thuja (red cedar) almost on the central axis and by Sycamores on the boundary. The garden is divided into three main areas:

  • A patio with an inlaid slate "knot garden" pattern

  • A central lawn

  • A woodland garden

The lawn and patio are separated by informal rose beds holding English roses under-planted with perennials
